We partnered with Universal Music Australia in late 2019 to bring to life Kanye West’s ‘Jesus is King’ album artwork to life in the foyer of Melbourne’s iMax theatre during the release weekend of the record and accompanying short film. We sent Simon Thomas to Melbourne to recreate the artwork as a large-scale centrepiece. Fans came in droves to watch Simon paint the artwork across the weekend. We shot accompanying video and still photography that was rolled out nationally by Universal and West during the marketing campaign for the record.
