KV WATERTANK
WHAT’S HAPPENING WITH THE TANK?
So you’ve seen the tank and thought, ‘What on Earth is going on here?!!’
Well... Thanks for showing interest and finding out more!
We’ll be working with Shoalhaven Water to create a mural that will be installed on the tank in May.
Before you ask - yes - the mural will be replacing the bright pink undercoat!

So now we got you to this website, what’s next?
COMMUNITY MEETING OUTCOMES:
On Thursday the 25th of May we held another meeting at the Kangaroo Valley Hall for an in person meeting for the artwork to be installed on the tank.
We had multiple forms of communication resound that the work should gesture to the endangered species, the Brush-Tailed Rock Wallaby.
Community Members commented on this theme via in person attendance at the meeting, via email and through social media.
We have worked with local community members to source imagery of the BTRW - these references can be seen here.
Alex Sugar will be onsite from the 1st of June to commence the work and we encourage everyone to come down to the tank to see it take place!
